Bovinova was founded by a group of business owners brought together by their love of food, entertaining and helping the community. The idea of roasting a whole cow was seen on TV and inspired by Chef Francis Mallmann from Uruguay. It looked like a natural challenge that could inspire a great party and it has!
This past event will be raised money for the Wounded Warriors Project and Spartanburg Methodist College. This is a great cause, wonderful entertainment and of course, some great food.
The 2013 Bovinova event will be held May 10 – 11th and is now a two-day event at Heritage Park in Simpsonville. It will raise money for The Special Olympics and Greenville’s Loaves and Fishes. Tickets are $100 a piece now with a 10% discount until March 1st. Children under 12 free with Pass Holding Adult.
Gates open at five Friday & eleven Saturday.
